Officers, who spoke at the situation of anonymity, say that prison professionals are being consulted on submitting a treason case in opposition to high-profile executive officers for violating the Charter. Additionally they added that Ministries of Internal and Regulation have began accumulating proof associated with the case.
The people who find themselves being regarded as for the Article 6 are President Arif Alvi, former high minister Imran Khan, former deputy speaker Qasim Suri and Punjab Governor Omar Sarfraz Cheema.
What’s Article 6 of Pakistan’s Charter?

The second one clause provides that any individual assisting, abetting or participating within the acts may also be regarded as responsible of excessive treason.
Clause 2A says that an act of excessive treason can’t be validated through any courtroom, together with the Superb Courtroom and a Top Courtroom.”
The closing clause directs the Parliament to offer “for the punishment of individuals discovered responsible of excessive treason.”
